1. Will I receive the exact same product as shown in the picture?

Yes, we guarantee the product you receive is 100% consistent with the pictures and descriptions on our website. Slight color differences may exist due to different screen displays, but the material, style, size and function are exactly the same as advertised.

2. What should I do if the product is defective or damaged when received?

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact our customer service within 24 hours with clear photos or videos of the product and package. We will arrange replacement, full refund or after-sales repair for you immediately at our cost.

3. How does your 5-year warranty work and how can I claim it?

We provide a genuine 5-year warranty for quality-related issues. During the warranty period, simply contact us with your order number and fault description. We offer free repair, free parts replacement or product exchange. No extra fees for quality defects, and we bear the return shipping cost.

4. What is your return & exchange policy?

We support free return and exchange within 30 days for unused, undamaged products in original packaging. If the return is caused by our error (wrong item, quality issue), we cover all shipping fees. For personal reasons, a reasonable return shipping fee may apply.

5. Who covers the shipping cost?

For standard orders over a certain amount: free shipping worldwide.
For returns/exchanges due to product quality or our mistake: we pay for shipping.
For returns due to personal reasons (change of mind, wrong order): customer covers return shipping.

6. When will my order be processed and shipped?

10. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

You can modify size, color, address or cancel your order for free before shipment. Once the package has been shipped, order changes or cancellations are no longer supported. Please contact us as soon as possible if needed.
